nikos 0 Posted May 3, 2002 Striking. To be honest, I usually don´t like this sort of picture at all.. call me vulgar and insensitive, but flowers and magical landscapes bor me to death. BUT: This particular photo has a charm that sets it apart. I´m not sure I can place my finger right on it, but most probably it´s the lighting that works magic here.. the colours it creates give the impression of a painting rather than photography, while all the same adding a pleasant depth to the scene. Either you´re very lucky, very patient, or very good at looking around you (or all of them) for having captured the light configuration and the angle to shoot this. Anyway, to cut a long story short, the result is great. Keep up the good work. Link to comment
allan_jamieson2 3 Posted May 3, 2002 This looks more like a painting than a photograph really, nice effect, but not photography as such. It would have been interesting to have seen the original image side by side with this. Link to comment

dave_holland 0 Posted May 5, 2002 This has that impressionistic effect of a multiple exposure shot. Was that effect created in the lab, or in the camera? Link to comment
ml 0 Posted May 5, 2002 Only a small blur filter in photoshop. The original looks very similar indeed. Link to comment
rbctvguy 0 Posted May 11, 2002 Beautiful photograph. I think I'd like it better without the tree in the extreme foreground, though. Link to comment
