Pebbles - 4/3/07

A collection of pebbles that I picked up from a beach in Devon on a

geography field trip. I have plenty more, this is probably an idea

that I could develop further. Let me know what you think so far! Any

Interesting series of contrasts... large/small, colored/white, patterned/non-patterned, creates a sense of motion with stillness. Simply creative. Well done.

It looks like an abstract. If you made more close, it might have another impression. Nice idea Lucy.

Lucy, you have a very interesting biography for someone who is only 20. Your idea of a photo-a-day is great (I try to do at least a day each week). Of your first images, this is my favorite. I can see all sorts of interpretations in the size/color/number of the rocks, which is one reason why photography is so enjoyable. Very nice abstract.

Very interesting and esthetically pleasing image. It is well done. It is not easy to use simple concept and make it interesting.
