Nice job Will. Did you use a grad ND to keep the forground exposed this way? I like the softness of the ocean from longer exposure. Cheers, -Mathew Cook-

Thanks Mathew. No Grad ND. I used two exposures and blended them together with PS.

Nice shot and well composed and good lighting.

Hard to chose between the B&W and this version. The B&W underlines the compository qualities, the color the emotions

yes will, i see what you mean by adding the sand in the photo..it does add the dept !!..so true....but here it is perfect...no obstructions...perfect sand to start the photo off with....beautiful !!!

Thanks Trish. Actually, as beautiful as this scene is, I think it would have been dramatically improved by some interesting foreground element (rocks, seashells, a palm tree, or even maybe people. I really didn't have much to work with unfortunately.
