I think you would come up with something more interesting by getting in closer and looking for patterns among the slices.

I am agreed with Dennis... and what I feel about the food photography that has to be "mouthwatering" ... no matter what kind or what type of food it is...Keep it up...Thanx...

Now, getting back to those avocados... I see here you have chosen to center the plate! That works for my brain the best, except there is still the space on the left. There is something about you and the left side of your photographs??? :??
