This is a great image...but it is a little green for me. I changed the overall color in curves by applying an adjustment layer and changing the green channel. I put an s curve on it to taste. My humble opinion. But it is a great shot.

a very striking picture ! every part of it attracts the eye and interrogates: what is that little boat in the foreground up to ? Why is there no traffic coming through the gap top right ? what is that orange boat trailing behind ? has it just rained ? well done.

Timothy - thanks for trying to improve the picture, I am always grateful for suggestions and tips. When I took this photo I had not yet learnt about RAW so had captured it in JPG format, so it could be alot better technically. The greenish hue is due to the water in the South China Sea, it was really that colour in real life! Thanks for everyone's kind comments, Halong Bay is magnificent and I would recommend it to anyone, especially photographers!
