Rock and water at the bottom of Lower Yosemite Falls

Does anyone else like this flowing water effect? My Fuji both

freezes the action but makes it look like a slow shutter speed.

 

Also, would this work as a "Fine Art" photo?

Larry, I prefer the other rocks/falls shot you have in your portfolio because it has much more depth overall. In both, the water doesn't feel like water and I'm not expert enough to tell you why or how to improve that, but there are many incredible shots of moving water on this site so I'm sure you'll learn fast. It seems as though a shot like this has the potential to qualify under the fine art heading.
