A beautiful picture of a very beautiful woman. You framed it just right IMO, centering on the messy/blurry hair on the shoulder, and it is a very dynamic and efficient composition that suits her delicate but energetic features pretty well. I like the flowery background too -- well done.

 

To nitpick I'd deplore that her shoulder seems a bit bright and that her nose is, not too bright, but brighter than her eye, effectively relegating it to the second role, whereas it is so beautiful and, along with her lips, should be given the lead here!
