This is a repost from a earlier image. I cloned out a couple branches from the right

side. Image captured in Colorado. Thanks for looking and the advice.

Great capture. What a handsome fox...catching the fox's gait adds so much to this image. 7/7

I guess it's with shots like this - and with many others - that the originality rating becomes a bit strange, for it's hardly original to take a picture of a fox with snow around it, but it's definitely a beautiful shot, excellent colours, exposure spot on, framing is perfectly balanced, eyes pin sharp and with that glint to add life to them, and the rest of the picture fading off into a truly lovely bokeh showing the use of a good lens.

I've not seen the original shot, but if that patch of smeared background to the right of the fox' head is where they were, I think you should work a bit more on your cloning technique. I might not have noticed right away if I didn't see it mentioned and the fox makes such a strong composition and centre of attention, but still, it's rather obvious that the image has been worked.

To conclude - excellent shot, right place at the right time, wonderful composition, colour and light, but cloning technique needs a bit work. =)
