Sharpness, DOF, color etc. is OK, but you are staring too much in the lens. As a result the catch lights are in the white of the eye and not in the black, where they would draw the attention to the centre of the eye. Try to do this with someone else whe looking through a window. That is much easier. Regards, Maarten.
