Interesting shot! I like how you have the entire image focused on his expression and pose, while the rest are all darkened and blurred as fore and backgrounds. The details on his face conveys the emotions well.

I like the emotion in the picture .But I thinks the dark edge on the top is too much

Daniel, I love the lighting and in the center of the frame. The light perfectly brings out the subjects facial and hand detail. I find the shoulder to the left of the frame a little distracting though, but I realize that's not something that could be cropped out without losing too much of the subject. I'd also like to see a little more of what he's resting against, but it's not quite recognizable, as the light really fades from the center. Very engaging shot overall though, well done. Where was this taken? I spent a year in China recently (see my portfolio) and there were numerous opportunities to take photos just like this one. The road and construction laborers would sleep outside up against whatever they could find. Brings back memories...
