Reminds me of Ansel Adams. A little loss of detail in the upper left sky. Could probably improve with a little contrast control or burning in in this portion of the sky.

Very moody and great tonal range. I can see the adamsesque nature of it. Too bad the upper left corner got blown out.

Can't decide whether or not the split between dark and light areas works. Might be worth while getting greater contrast in the sky and more white in the fog. That said I still think it's an interesting shot. Good work.

i like the clouds movment, the shadow on the lower part is a little bit too 'present' for me, but it brings also a nice contrast.

Like most of the others, I think that the only thing that lets this down is the brightness in the top left corner, which could probably be toned down in Photoshop anyway.

 

It would have been interesting to see this and the original colour version side by side, just to see which works best.

Not quite AA's style for this piece concentrates additionally on the powerful movement of the air. It is excellent notheless.
