I like the image a great deal. The only thing I might like better would be for the robe to be brighter. Other than that, the pose and composition are excellent nd I love the feeling the whole frame communicates.

Owen, I see what you mean about the robe. (It's actually a towel.) I am glad you get the feeling of warmth with this image. It is a very personal shot and the feeling of warmth is important. Thanks a lot!

Oh David, you have taken me the illusion... But it is not sooo badly. ;-)

Very nice. Subtle. I even like the soft focus, and, of course, the clever title. This picture proves that you don't have to be blatant to pack an erotic charge.

Barry, How right you are. Maybe I should try to be more subtle.

True -- a lot of your work is pretty in-your-face, and, to my mind, not particularly erotic. By this I don't mean that it's incompetent, unintelligent or dull, in fact, I suspect you know exactly what you're doing. There's something to be said for shock value; the naked body can mean a lot besides sex, and there's a lot to sexuality besides Eros. Thus, there's certainly a place for your other images. This image, on the other hand is just lovely, and, to my eye, sexier than a lot of your more explicit work. But you probably knew that anyway.

I agree with Steffen. Unlike some nudes, this is one to think about. Lots of possible scenarios here, David.

Jim, You are right about it giving a lot to think about. I have been trying to think all day what I was doing when I took this.

 

Seriously this is a personal picture and I don't usually upload them. It is nice to know that there are people out there who appreciate them.
