this image was made in the highlands of guatemala during the annual

day of the dead horse race. the event lasts all day with drunken

riders careening back and forth along a dirt track. this image

happened to coincide with hurricane mitch, which in the highlands

only amounted to heavy rains. an extremely exciting event!

a very nice action shot. You must have been very close to the running horses with that 24 mm. And your rodeo picture is fantastic!
