motorsport action Duhamel at California Speedway

Miguel Duhamel at the Superbike races at the California Speedway in

Fontana, California.

 

I used my F100 with a Nikkor 300/f4. Exposure was 1/250 @ f/4.

A little dark, overall, but the whites look fully exposed, so that's a hard one. Too bad the windscreen is covering his "face." And I'd like to see the whole bike. Provia has a real cool tendency, and that appears to have happened here. Maybe a fill flash and/or warming filter would have helped.

I think that the only way this shot could be better is if you had been on the other side, but then is the Rock and the scorpian on both sides? I also think that the exposure is right on! The Motion is very cool! Please let me know what you think of my stuff.
