swva49 0 Posted December 25, 2006 A very warm photo in nearly every sense of the word. The composition is well done, as is the setting for the photo. I would like to have seen the model's right hand and fingers in a more relaxed state - something kept drawing me back to that hand as a I paroused the photo. The fingers seem too "fixed" in position. That said, the expression on the model's face is both non-threatening, and happily lacking animation. It makes you look at her eyes, from which stories could be told. Well done, overall, truly. reality bites 0 Posted December 25, 2006 Beautiful model but she looks bored and the setting utterly contrived - as a portrait it says more about the photographer than the model. Link to comment
maximillien 0 Posted December 26, 2006 Le charme discret de la bourgoisie. I like this a lot and I am not sure why. The balance, the tilted lamp shade, the ambience. The model's expression. This seems to be portrait with meaning. I see this and I think Truffaut, Bunuel...quiet cinematographic really. Alex Link to comment
