Drop from 2 feet up, trig'd a laser and 450 mS delay to fire the 430EZ flash. Flash in manual mode at 1/32 power. 80mm. 800 ISO & 3.2 Sec.

Nice stop action shot, however the ball is blown out from the flash. Might want to defuse the flash or cut it back some.
