I like the composition and think that it's well framed, balanced, and the pathway is perfectly situated. However, there's far too much shadow in the trees. If you use Photoshop, I suggest seeing what it looks like after making adjustments in the shadow/highlights options. That should bring out the texture and the details in the trees, while leaving the lighter portions of the photo as they are. Doing so will increase the noise though, so beware...

Good composition. I like the dark, mystery creating tones.
