akochanowski 0 Posted November 30, 2006 They're best with garlic, kosher salt and pepper, rubbed and marinated for 24hrs, then quickly roasted until all the fat is out. Red cabbage and apples with a touch of vinegar goes great with the duck, washed down by a cheap shiraz. Andy Link to comment
