I added some noise via Nikon Capture NX and converted to b&w, please

be as brutal as possible when critiqueing. many thnaks

i think it would look better without the noise.

if it was cleaner and sharper i think it would look way better.

but i like the shot otherwise.

I like how you framed the face and expression is very nice. You have blacks and withes in it so the latitude is good for me (also if still in hi-key).

I don't like so much the noise , it's a crop or you're using hig iso ?
