In my opinion I think that if you use a smaller ISO number you would have less noise on the photo (try ISO 100 or 200). Obviously with this solution you have to increase the exposure time but the results will be better. I think that you should use a smaller aperture. You used f2.8, perhaps thinking that with this aperture, it would enter enough light trought the diafragm, and that's true. But the diffraction and colour aberrations phenomenons are bigger with big apertures like f2.8. Try f8.0! Use a cable release and put the tripod as lower as possible!Best regards!
