That's a fish farm at the top right, not a drying mark.
What you can't see from this low-res version are the literally hundreds of seagulls that made me giddy just watching them soar on the perfect thermals this cliff generates. Every little speck in the picture is a seagull - and there were many more, but only on the large version.
You can find a detail of this picture showing lots of seagulls. BE WARNED!!! It is a 380K file and will take some time to download.
