"Just one more minute and I'll be ready" A photographer waits for his model (perhaps it's taking a bit too long ?)

This is an idea I've had for a while.. I saw a cartoon back in the

60's of a man sitting at a bus stop after we sold off our buses.. It

was a skeleton waiting for a bus that would never come.

 

I heard there was a rumor that sometimes models can take some time to

get ready, so with tongue in cheek, I put this together. Model is

Sarah Ellis..

 

Hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I did making it.

Kevin, this is hilarious. First photograph that I have rated in a couple of years. Of course, that could just be my wife getting ready for a photo outing--okay, so my wife doesn't exactly look that way any more.

The New Yorker of 6th November 1995 was a fashion edition. Richard Avedon did a portfolio with a male skeleton (how did I know it was male?) and models. Some of the sets are brilliant. Take a look if you can find it - inspirational stuff - but you've made a good start here!

OMG this is so funny. Hits home for me so well. Waiting forever for model to be ready on a short shoot time. Great idea, well excuted.

I hear you, brother. I give all the time in the world to let my models get ready for the session. Some of them take all the time in the world plus a few hours more.
