kslonaker 0 Posted November 1, 2006 No PS - water "abstract" is a green post reflecting in the water. The bird was moving, so the water looks like an oil slick or something. Comments? Link to comment
dogriver 0 Posted November 1, 2006 Very nice shot. I love the reflection. Nicely off centered. Overall well composed. Link to comment

kslonaker 0 Posted November 1, 2006 Thanks for visiting, Alan. Must be the new camera, Mark...I printed this out 13x19 and it looks really good! I'm curious how big I can go with the new camera, but my printer will only do 13x19. There's a photo shop in town that will print really big, so I'm going to see what a 24x30 will look like. thomas_collins1 0 Posted November 1, 2006 LOL! You would never guess that I am a fan of Pelicans, but I am, and this one is certainly a handsome one. Well done Kim! Thomas Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 1, 2006 Pelicans are such awkward birds, yet somehow have a grace and beauty at the same time. I'm a fan, too, Thomas! :) Link to comment

joe-tury 0 Posted November 5, 2006 I am upgrading to a d200 soon. Your sharp shots just re-enforce that. Your new works are really good. This one looks very crisp. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 6, 2006 It's worth it, Joseph. Printed one of these pelican shots 26x38" and it held up - stayed sharp and non-pixelated. I'm very happy with it! Link to comment
