What do you think? Taken with 300 mm f/2.8 IS w/2X teleconverter

 

Badly underexposed and unsharp. If this is an example of what this lens can do

I wouldn't care for it.I suspect you'll learn to do much better. I suggest you begin by not using the t.c.

Probably not the best example of the capabilities of the 300.

Shooting super telephoto's is not the same as short teles or med zooms.

Take off the tele-extender and start over.

I'm not sure if I see OFF or camera shake...either way its not very flattering.

Personally I think that the photo is rubbish, I was hoping to see something stunning, this is a bad photo for a 300mm lens, Iv'e done better myself with the standard kit lens.
