bob stewart jacksonville 0 Posted March 18, 2002 Maxim, What's the technique here? Is the effect noise from setting the D1X to the highest ISO, or some PS manipulation. Whatever, it gives the photo an interesting texture. Link to comment
sarasotalizz 0 Posted March 18, 2002 Haunting. I like everything about it (especially the 'look') except for the scratches on the wall behind her. They're distracting. Absolutely lovely. How did you do it? Link to comment
ken_imduaikiat2 0 Posted March 19, 2002 Monaliza. That's the first thing that pop up in my head. Doesn't look anything similar except for the overall feeling of the image. Texture of the image looks like wooden grain texture which is very nice. Her beautiful eyes are very well presented. Link to comment
loren 0 Posted March 19, 2002 your picture is very sensual and has a great mood. Excellent photo. Your model fits the scene very well. She also did a good job as well. Link to comment
peter_zentjens 0 Posted March 19, 2002 love it from top to bottom, beautifull colours, great expression, the finish with the noise, well lit, perfect! Link to comment
kalmykoff 0 Posted March 19, 2002 It's very pleasantly to read Any comments for my photos... critiques or praising...:)bob stewart: no, it's not the noise, there is some manipulations with colors, sharpness and etc. in PS... and texture of black fabrics, particularly over model skin. The texture is more readable in bigger size(or print).Lizz Ruhlman: do what? ;) here is some work with model in studio and some work in PhotoShop...:) In PS I used some layers and made some operations with colors, sharpness and etc. for original image. Here I can't discribe these operations, too much to write here... and I don't have any universal recipes, usually I like to make different experiments with my photos in PS... Link to comment
