I absolutely ADORE this shot! How sweet! I always loved picking flowers for my mommy, and my daughter in turn loved picking them for me. It was always so much fun to be on the receiving end of that, with the little outstretched hand, and the wilted stems from being gripped so tightly, and the joyous grin on the face of my sweet little girl saying, "Look what I got for you Mommy!" This just brought back all those lovely memories. That said, thank you for posting it!

Thanks Amanda for your comment. I have two boys and one little girl so I cherish the "girly" moments that only she thinks of. She is only seven so I sure the years will fly by and this photo will mean even more to me in the years to come. I'm happy it brought back a special memory for you as well.

This is so sweet! I have one daughter and four boys but I must admit it has always been my boys who brought me flowers! I miss those days! Now they just come to me to ask me for money! LOL...Enjoy these priceless moments!

Thanks Amy - Wow, four boys! My nine year old is pretty calm now but my three year old is quite the handful. I can't imagine trying to watch two more plus a girl. Makenna is my calm child so far but I hear once she hits 12-14 years to watch out for the hormones. I wish I could just keep them this age with exception to my three year old:) We are still hoping he will pull out of this busy, busy stage. Take care and thanks again for commenting.
