Beautiful and striking. At first I thought the dark foreground was too much, but after spending some time viewing this, I think it's ok. Nice work.

I like the shot. The foreground is a bit dark but I don't think it detracts too much from the image. Has nice depth and contrast.

When viewed larger, the foreground has just enough detail to keep it interesting, plus I like all that dark to "anchor" the pic

I love this so simple composition, quite balanced. I think it could work great as 3:1 panoramic format. Anyway, a great shot and very good B&W treatment.

Nice homage to one of photography's grand traditions! Sometime in the early 80's Ansel Adams predicted photography would ultimately be done by electronic means, I think he would have found this realization pleasing.

This photo would do better with some of that empty foreground cropped out.
