Certainly, a wonderful composition ... your capture of not one but both of the birds looking at the camera is quite nice indeed. Nice dof control and isolation of the fg bird as your subject. :-)

Is a great picture...

Why almost: The front seagull is unfortunately cut from the left. I'm not certain is it lack at all! Otherwise: rare example of a good picture of this motive. Close, sharp, vivid, good and appropriate colors, composition is very well done. It must have taken hundreds of shots to get this one finally!
