scotshot 0 Posted March 13, 2002 Hi Neil, You have taken a nice shot here the forground is great but the sky lets the shot down a little. Tilting the camera down so not so much of the sky and more of the forground could be seen would have helped make it a better shot. Thats what i think anyway. Jim. Link to comment

philmorris 0 Posted March 14, 2002 As this picture unfurled I really liked it. First I noticed the horizon is dead level - very important with seascapes. I also liked the crisp, salty white tide and the light and vivid colour on the shore. As was said earlier, the sky is somewhat featureless and lets the picture down. But that can be remedied quite easily by cropping say 50% of the sky away. There's some interesting "cyanie" colours in the lower part of the sky that blend nicely with greens in the waves and of course the foreground. Link to comment
