The patterns of light are simple and minimal, leading to this semi-abstract quality. And yet from these small clues I have a feeling of great space. A feeling of the immensity of the ocean and sky. I think the off-centre composition of moon and reflection really helps this.

I love the subtle tones. Its hard to put into words, but I find this very evocative and beautiful.

I think it's a beautiful image. The only thing I wish is that the horizon were straight. But I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to see accurately through the viewfinder at night.
