Classic composition, interesting foreground,well controlled exposure, great depth of field and nice colours.Maybe excluding the twig and blades of grass in the immediate foreground would be a minor improvement, maybe not.

Lovely capture.

 

Very strong composition and the colours are beautiful and warm.

 

For me the moon in the sky makes the shot.

Thanks for the positive comments. AJ...the exposure was made using a Sing-Ray 3 Stop GND. I have been experimenting with combining exposures in Photoshop to achieve the same result... but so far I like the traditional GND filter BEST! Thanks for asking...Andrew

Very nicely composed postcard type shot! My only criticism is the darkness of the trees on the left; you've lost much of the detail there due to the GND filtering.

this is a beautiful image! it's true the GND filter will always render some areas dark when ridgelines aren't perfectly straight, so it comes down to choosing a particular area to be rendered a little dark. here you've managed to keep at least some detail in all the shadow areas, so the effect is hardly noticeable. well done!
