Power in symetry. By ignoring the Tyranny of Thirds you have made this as imposing as it must have looked to you under the vaulted ceiling. Very well done.

Thank you Andre. I usually ignore the proportion rules and try to fill the frame with whatever captures my eye at that moment in time. I find this kind of photos a lot more expressive. Especially since the tyranny of thirds becomes an ordeal when one has to photograph on the go, like it was the case here. Groups visiting the Parliament Building in Ottawa don't usually get to stroll in leisure inside the building, but rather have to follow their guide; a nice and beautifull young lady by the way so I'm not complaining :)
