Definitely a new, interesting perspective to photograph a fawn. Color is wonderful and great composition.

What I really like about your photography is you shoot in the wild and go for views as animals are usually seen. Normally difficult conditions, but you have some outstanding timing and I'm sure incredible dedication. This is just an incredible photograph to me. Being from Wisconsin originally and having moved out west I never thought of Wisconsin as too photogenic, thanks for proving me so wrong.

I enjoy going for a different view. I was working this fawn from a pit

blind when I noticed it's Mom working it's way towards me at a

distance that was too close for sharp focus with my 300 2.8. My

immediate thought was that it would be cool if this compositional opp.

presented itself. Lo and behold it did, and I was ready. Got two

frames.

A great, GREAT shot.

A true example of a picture is worth a thousand words.

What is not to love?

One of the most original wildlife photos i have ever seen. This is of Art Wolfe quality. Frame this as an 12x18 on your wall.

No head on a wall could match this. Time stands still. A wonderful folder.
