One minor recommendation - try to remove the vertical lines in the sky area - at least to my eyes it's kind of distracting. Once again - very nice work!

This reminds me of the Germany saying "Ein Fels in der Brandung" ("A rock in the surf") which means "firm as a rock".

he does not look like a man ready to end it all to me....he looks like a man who is in total command of his universe, including the elements!
