This is a pleasing photo. I do have two suggestions: The crop just at the shoulder seems abrupt as though you were removing the head so she couldn't be identified rather than because it was the most pleasing visually. Extending the image to the right might improve the balance. If identification is a concern, just have her turn her face down to the sheet. Also try burning in the line between her back and the background.
