Im quite happy with this photo, especially the undisturbed

background, also the timing was perfect just a millisecond before

impact. The sunlight forming a shadow in front of the tennis player

gives a good composition.

It's a good shot at the right moment. Perhaps a bit more negative space above his head would make this photo even better.

I suppose the ball was going into the net, considering the way he is handeling it.:)

You are absolutely right about the space over Jarko?s head. The picture is cropped to get rid of the sponsor?s banner and other disturbing things in the picture...

Actually the ball passed well over the net. The way all tennispro?s hit the ball gives a heavy amount of topspin to the tennis ball, allowing the player to hit the ball very hard, and still send the ball over the net, and also keep it within the court.

If is needed choose about the best crop, I agree with "no banners" or any distractions. But, have too repeated orange, the best for this pictures are vertical orientation.
