billangel 9,671 Posted July 18, 2006 The image on the left is of an installation associated with the "Baltimore BELIEVE" campaign that was created to fight drug abuse. According to its sponsors "The BALTIMORE BELIEVE campaign [was] an unprecedented attempt to CHANGE the mindset of a city....[about fighting urban drug abuse]" The image on the right is of a change dispensing machine that was installed in a laundromat on Saint Paul Street in Baltimore.
