Valentine's Lingerie 2002

Just wanted to get some opinions on which is the strongest shot in

the Valentine's Lingerie 2002 folder. Constructive criticism would

be nice too!

Well, just my humble opinion, but the lighting needs to be altered a little in this picture. Somewhere to the left of the frame, I think a reflector of some sort needed to be placed. It's a good photo, but the huge dark area tends to pull my eyes away. Keep up the good work.

Paul, it's hard to say which shot I like best in this folder, but I think it's this one. The light is okay, but maybe a bit more on her face would be nice to give some more detail there. The pose is quite strange. A part of me is fascinated by that strange pose, but another part keeps asking why (and how) her legs are placed the way they are. So I've got mixed feelings about that and that is probably the reason why this shot attracted my attention the most.

It's pretty hard to go wrong with a model like Nikki Cash. Import scene girls always look just fine! ;-)

 

I'm not so sure about your pose on this one though. It is provocative - but not necessarily sexy. This girl has way too many curves to not make better use of them.

 

The light showing reminds me of lots of jewellery and fashion work this last year.

But they've managed a more subtle result.

Here I find it a bit overpowering - actually taking my eye off the girl... which ain't something I want! ;-)

I think this one would be the best. But her face is a bit lost in shadows and the dark lingerie is difficult to see, if this was indeed the purpose of the shot. Pose is okay. Picture #4 perhaps works better as a lingerie shot for a catalog or something, but the lighting is a bit harsh and cold - not very moody.

They're all great images. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the image in which the model has the two ends of the bow in her hands (in your portfolio, it's the right-most image). In this image, what she's wearing is most visible - after all, these are lingerie shots. The other images seem to have been designed with the model in mind, rather than what she's wearing. But that's just my opinion.

Yes that pose is a little odd.Why is it all so RED?I'm sorry but it looks abit like the quality of colour you see in cheap porn shots on the net

I think this is the most interesting and lively of them.
