Border/immigration guards march in lockstep at the entrance to the

sealed security entrance inside the Barcelona airport, an area 'off

limits' to all but entering air travelers, airline personnel and

security 'officials' on official duty. (Many airport workers said

they never had seen this area). Your comments and critiques are

requested and most welcome. If you rate harshly or very critically,

please submit a helpful and constructive comment/Please share your

superior photographic knowledge to help improve my photography.

Thanks! Enjoy! John

This photo is destined for my Presentation on 'Threes' which has a number of photos which are characterized by the prominence of subjects in which the number 'three' predominates.

Airports are always fertile ground for photography snoopers as yourself. I like the reflective surfaces working for you here and the high key effect in combination with superb rich shadows. I also think the graphic "A" element adds interest. Nice.

Actually this is exactly the way it looked before 'desaturation' except for the translucent 'A' on the door, which is blue; otherwise it showed exactly as this on the monitor screen on my camera.

It just was one of those in which the rendering was in silhouette, and colors were 'knocked out' by the extended EVs (exposure value range for color recording being exceeded).

It was most interesting to look at from the start on the digital screen; which can be somewhat unusual.

Your comment is right on.
