people seem to have a love/hate reaction to my figure studies in camping tents.

I love it.

I hate it!

It would be quite interesting really except for the white blown out area - looks manipulated but I'm assuming it's not.

the white area is direct sun on the screen. it has definition. more on the tif than on the jpg. no manipulations at all.

I do think this work is very creative and you should do more of it.

I have looked at it on another computer and on this view the white is definitely not blown out, it is soft with details. Sorry for the prior comment but that was based on the view on that screen.
