The framing is not accidental..this is how I wanted the photo to look

like. The woman in the red skirt is in a supermarket and the other

person is on the outside. The stickers on the glass offer a

restrictive image of the inside of the supermarket, which I

personally like. Anyway, I'd like to know what you think...

It has a lot of details and this confuses the viewer. It is a good idea. If it worked properly no explanations would be needed. Unfortunately I cannot think of anything specific that could help, except maybe I would try to play with the focus to the person outside or inside. Try to reshoot it.
