Almost perfect eye contact from all but 1 subject. All the whites look blown. May be use could use a diffusion glow to get the angelic effect you appear to be looking for. It is a hard composition but for future reference, i would keep hands off heads and try not to let one head cut through another. Keep in mind I am far from an expert this is just my opinion. The emotion of happiness is leaping out of this shot though and that is what it is all about.

Looks like the group was separated from the background in photoshop and I think the technique could be improved by feathering the brush and using a little more care. I think the purple light in the background is distracting. The image is posed well and the girls do attract my attention. They're cute as can be and their personalities do come through. Title fits well in this case!
