smoking on the fire-escape on a cold wet evening

I'm quite happy with the outcome of this image. I'm just wondering

if this is catching anyone else's eye out there. Any comments would

be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Great image...reminds me of a photo taken in the 20's (?) by a French photographer [Can't remember name]. I like the 'veiled' look to her face. One minor thing..change the title. The fact that she was smoking outside means little to the image. I'd suggest just calling it "Kaili".

Eyes pulled me in, then I asked how you pulled off the covered mouth.

This photo was taken through a steamed up window to the fire-escape in my kitchen. Kaili was outside in the cold smoking a cigarette and I was on the inside. I wiped away a spot on the glass to make eye contact with her and when she peeked through I took the picture. That's why the rest of her face is fogged up. And I agree about the edge of the window on the right. It is a tad distracting, but I just can't bring myself to crop the photo. I should have accounted for it while taking the photo. Oh well, I was just drawn in by the eyes...

Why didn't you crop this piece tighter. That white strip to the right kills what is otherwise an interesting picture.

Very nice photo. I love the way she comes out of the fog of the windows as just eye balls looking at me. Googlee eyes looking in from the cold!

Really nice. And charming. And interesting. What's even more amazing than the shot - which, by the way, is nothing if not original, not to mention just brimming with mystery - what's more amazing than the image, is that it hasn't been rated higher. (Noemi, I admire your integrity in saying, "I should have accounted for it when taking the shot.")
