louise bridge 0 Posted May 16, 2006 This is hilarious. The chandelier and the mirror both contribute to setting the scene, as do the narrowly repeated doorways to the right. Aha, now I have figured out that is a sugarbowl, not a teacup as big as a teapot. Can you turn that so both its handles are showing? The contrast between the utter utilitarian ordinariness of those touque-ish tea cozies and the rest of the grandeur aroundabout is so typical and so speaking that it combines with the charm of the repetition of cozies and lined up teaspouts to transcend and make the scene truly beautiful. Excuse me, gotta go put the kettle on for a nice cuppa... Link to comment
sophiafield 0 Posted May 23, 2006 Hi there,This is quite funny, I've never seen anything like it! Very well seen, I like the composition, and I especially like the huge tea cup in at the end of this line of tea pots with the cutest cozies.Cheers,http://www.sophiafield.com Link to comment
