Hello Katie. Let me share with you the very first thing that actually happened when I saw this image. My eyes were immediately drawn to the right of the picture. This is an automatic reaction. If the eye cannot recognize a feature ( in this case the bright patch ) it is drawn to it in an effort to assure itself it is not a threat. Similar as if you were driving a car and your eye caught something in the corner you did not recognize. You turn your head. A distraction. I know that the flowers and hand are the main subject. I know that. You have several options with this image. You can vignette the image. Cropping means cutting into the arm. No I don't think so. Framing into an oval.
