It's great to see my hometown photographed and seen on PN trough the eyes of non-native photographers. You captured very well the true colors on this "Moliceiros". Loved the fact that you included 3 boats (partialy) and not 1 full boat as normally they are photographed. Congratulations Sergio.

A very beautiful portrait of the three wooden boats. When I was a painter I used to tell people that I thought that there were only three truely perfect forms: the hull of a wooden boat, the body of a wooden musical instrument, and the figure of a nude woman. I never painted boats or violins.

 

And yes, Amalia was. The world misses her.

Yes Andre...the world misses her. Nervertheless Amália left us a lot to remember whenever we need. By the way, for those who want to know, the inscription on the "moliceiro" is "Amalia the voice of Portugal".
