Jean, good creativity, but I don't connect with the picture. Even though it's an abstract, it doesn't seem to have the form or structure that grabs the eye (too busy maybe). I looked at your other two pictures (Snowboat and Tire) and think they are excellent.

Jean, I think the bands of colour break up the tree too much. The tree is interesting in its own right - I would bring that to the front, and push the colour bands well into the background.

Jean, I don't catch your idea in this photo. I agreed with Jeff, this photo is bit busy. I prefer your two photos with window and red tree.

Cheers,

Yes, in a way... but... let me tell you what happened... As the picture started appearing on the screen (top first, then slowly down), I could see the following evolution in me:

" Wow ! Great ! Yeah, nice... Well, not bad... Ouch ! Mmmmmm... Not that great after all..."

So, what happened ? The top was complex, but structured in a way, because there were only 2 main colors and a clear pattern of lines (the trees). Then, at the middle, it starts to get messy... more directions, more lines, and finally the magenta area, which really - IMO - spoils it all...

Now, I have seen trees and the ground in there, so I feel logical to have an horizontal (panoramic) kind of format... and that happens to be just fine, since the top is right to me, and the bottom wrong...

Conclusion: cut it in 2 horizontally, and throw the bottom half... I suggest you try to upload another version like that, but of course, that's your call... :-)
