Those eyes are drawing me into their world! I like how you have emphasized on the eyes and not so much of the "Ink". One tiny suggestion I have is including the younger person's full arm in the frame for the sake of uniformity.

Really beautiful image. Contrast works here. I wish the boys arm and the mans head were fully in picture though. Bleeding off edges like this, compositionally give the picture a contrived, too planed look. The expressions hold our attention and define the work.
