Wow I couldn't believe the variance in ratings. I know people have different taste but a 3 for this shot is just WRONG! I love it, 6/7. Very refreshing wedding shot. Could I be as bold to suggest you could maybe have asked the couple to embrace/Kiss on the steps so he was still on the white marble and she on the dark? Oh, he'd probably be too tall on the top step :-)

Great angle and original composition but I would prefer a little tighter cropping. The chairs and such are distracting.

I like this shot very much! it looked like a church service until I had a closer look and saw the sofas. Is this Regent Hotel? My only comment is that a tighter crop to cut off the signposts would be good.

Thanks everyone for the insights, yes on hindsight maybe a tighter crop but that may sacrifice the vast black area and distort the composition (I guess :))
