yasumasa_yanagisawa 0 Posted March 3, 2006 There was a camera shop where camera lovers could always have pleasant moment. But, sad to say, the shop was closed in the disgusting digital waves. Beloved film cameras, gentle and professional shop keepers, comfortable chat with them...all gone away. This I found recently from my film stock. A senior shop keeper taken as a test of uncoupled rangefinder of old Ikonta B. Link to comment
lem7 0 Posted March 3, 2006 I know this guy. He is in my home town in Tennessee U.S.A. Same shop, same clutter, same counter, same shirt! Great exposure and range from black to white. Enjoy the old days. Link to comment
yasumasa_yanagisawa 0 Posted March 4, 2006 Thank you, Joe. I was surprised by your comment as I took it at first as if he is really in Tennessee. He had been recieving foreigners to arrange tax free shopping in English. It's a regret that he had to retire in the recession of camera business. Yes, I am enjoying old days. Please visit my other photos, 2/3 of them are taken by vintage cameras. This photo is the only one medium format and this camera (1954-56) may be the youngest in this folder. Link to comment
